DSK was established in 1991, with previous name of DAESAN engineering. Since then, DSK has been the most well-known diesel engine repairer in Korea by providing a wide range of repair service to Engine maker (Hyundai, Doosan, STX) and ship owners.

Highest technical standard, timely delivery & competitive price is the aim of DSK. All parts have been reconditioning according to drawing & engine designer's quality specification since DSK designated as MAN Diesel Authorized Reconditioner during 1998 ~ 2010.

Ship Repair

DSK's professional ship repair team is covering various range of services, taking quick action and giving best solution to the owner under different condition & limited time.

 

- General Service (Floating dock, Dry dock, Opening sea chest cover)

- Hull works (Bulwark renewal, Stern deck extension, Transom bulkhead repair)

- Painting (Touch up, Completion)

- Pipe & Valve (Seawater pipe works, Overboard valve renewal, LSFO pipe modification)

- Shaft & Propeller & Rudder (Assembling CPP blades, Dismantling Rudder, Installing tail shaft)

Piston Crown Production

DSK have produced new piston crown since beginning of 2001.

Environment friendly Cr-plating factory equipped with up-to-date facilities.

For maintaining Cr-plating quality, DSK is doing periodical hardness and adhesion test.

Based on MAN 70MC, the annual production capacity is about 2,000 pcs.

Not only new piston crown production, by also piston crown repairs.
