DCS Group provides complete maintenance, repair and service for marine equipment via their stations in Singapore, Qingdao, Zhousan, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Houston and offers specialized technical expertise to handle the most challenging repairs to scheduled maintenance.

Through workshop and field services, and on-site machining, DCS Group provides high quality maintenance and repair services for :

Overhauling of ME-C / ME-B & WinGD Main Engines

Engine room machinery and Auxiliary systems

Bow Thrusters

Main propulsion equipment

HVAC systems

Hydraulic systems

DCS Group can also provide qualified crews for main and auxiliary engine maintenance, in-house reconditioning of the main engine’s major components, including ME engine FIVA testing or RT-flex ICU testing and overhaul.

Additionally, they specialize in Metalock stitching repairs and on-site machining, line boring and both main and auxiliary engine in-situ crankshaft repairs. A team of 200+ technical specialists travel globally with the specialized tooling for on-board and on-site repairs.

Our principals can also offer a range of preventive maintenance solutions, such as main engine cylinder liner inspections ensuring that your vessel's operations continue to run safely, on time and on budget.

Another successful Posidonia has come to an end and we couldn't be more grateful for the significant moments we experienced this week.
